The Concept is very simple, you have Mass-Pin, Some Removal for special cases, Draw and Lifegain, than you play Last Rites when your Drawing-Pile is empty and shots 16 or 24 Dmg with 1or 2 M6A1 SEIRAN.
If the Enemy dont plays Lifegain in any form 1x M6A1 SEIRAN is sufficient: the 16Dmg pile up with 3x Tora! Tora! Tora! and 1x Imperial Strenght to the 20 Dmg needed.
For Decks that have a bit of Lifegain, like many USA and Soviet Pilles you will need the second M6A1 SEIRAN.
You see, the Win is on a small edge, one Lifegain too much and its over, but if non of those are played the chances for a Win are very high.
If you play this deck, you have to accept this. In theory its possible to increase the Dmg the Deck can deal by a small degree, but against a deck that works on Lifegain, like Commonwealth or many Resistance strategies, this will not change the way things flow.

We finish the game with Last Rites and M6A1 Seiran, protected by Imperial Strenght. Tora! is played until the whole game.

Are for Singel Cards that can be a Problem like:
15th Motor Rifles, 845th Rifles, 329th Engineer Battalion, 593rd JASCO, KV-2, Tiger I-H
If you are noticing that those Troublemaker dont show up, simply use the Removal on Air Units: those are not touched by Naval Operation and can deal more Dmg than you would prefer. But keep 1x Amphibious Assoult for the last turn, sometimes Jasco and Motor Rifles are Played at the last moment.
3x FORTIFICATION, 3x NATIONAL FIRE SERVICE, 4x LONG RANGE RECON, 4x NAVAL OPERATION, 4x D4Y SUISEI
This is the survival packet. Start with Lifegain and wait, if possible, with the pins until later in the game. Those pin cards prevent all damage that could be done, so its potential is much higher then the fixed values of the lifegain cards.
4x DEADLY DUTY, 4x CONVOY HX 175, 2x LEND LEASE
Card Draw. We play no units until the last turn and not all our cards trade themself of. So the deck is in high need for fuel. Also does Last Rites a empty Deck and we want to get to this point as fast es possible. This results in 1/4 of the deck to be used for extra cards.
Cards For the Starting Hand are Naval Operation and Fortification. All other cards can be ignored. You will Draw them on your way to the Last Rites.

2x M6A1 SEIRAN can be replaced by 2x J1N1 Gekko
2x Blade of the Samurai can be exchanged with 1x Imperial Strenght and 1x Tora!Tora!Tora!
Desperate Measures, Bombing Raid, To The Last Man.
2x Daylight Bombing: This can give the Deck a bit more range, for example in Exchange for 1x National Fire Service and 1x Lend Lease. This can be seen as a choice based on the personal taste.
1-2x Empire of the Sun: Its a combined Blade of the Samurai and Lend Lease but with 9k very coarse. And sometimes you Overdraw some cards becouse you needed the removal part: this can be game over if it hits your finishing combo. I have better results with the named singel parts but cant argue against the raw power of this card.
